Eligibility Criteria
Nationality / Citizenship
- Citizen of India or a subject of Nepal/Bhutan
- Tibetan Refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India
- A person of Indian origin who has migrated from specific countries with the intention of permanently settling in India requires a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India.
Language Proficiency
- Proficiency in the local language of the state or UT, is required for office Assistant posts.

- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 18-28 years
- Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): 18-30 years
- Officer Scale-II (Manager): 21-32 years
- Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): 21-40 years

Educational Qualification
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; preference given to specific fields.
- Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer): Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks and two years of experience.
- Officer Scale-II (Information Technology): Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields with a minimum of 50% marks and one year of experience.
- Officer Scale-II (Chartered Accountant): Certified Associate (CA) with one year of experience.
- Officer Scale-II (Law): Degree in Law with a minimum of 50% marks and two years of experience.
- Officer Scale-II (Marketing): MBA in Marketing with one year of experience.
- Officer Scale-II (Treasury): Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance with one year of experience.
- Officer Scale-II (Agriculture): Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields with a minimum of 50% marks and two years of experience.
- Officer Scale-III: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks and five years of experience.
