Dibrugarh University has officially announced the B.Ed. Common Entrance Test (B.Ed. CET) 2025 for admission into its two-year Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) program for the academic session 2025–2027. The entrance exam is scheduled for 12th July 2025. All aspiring candidates seeking admission to B.Ed. Programs offered by Dibrugarh University and its affiliated colleges must appear for this mandatory entrance test.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have:
- A minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Sciences, Social Sciences, or Humanities, OR
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology (with specialization in Science and Mathematics) with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
Note:
Candidates with 50% or more in Honours/Major subjects but less than 50% overall aggregate in the degree are not eligible.
Entrance Exam Requirement:
Qualifying the DU B.Ed CET is mandatory.
Relaxation:
5% relaxation in qualifying marks is available for:
- SC/ST/OBC/MOBC/PWD candidates
- Candidates with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a school recognized up to Class 10 by SEBA.
Note: Only one type of relaxation can be availed.

- Register using your name, mobile number, and a password (OTP verification required).
- Log in using your registered mobile number and password.

- Pay the application fee and submit the form.
- Take a printout of the submitted application form.

Selection Process
Admission is based on:
- B.Ed CET (70 Marks)
- Career Performance (30 Marks)
- 10% of marks obtained in HSLC, HS, Bachelor’s, and/or Master’s degree exams will be added as career performance marks.
Institutions will prepare merit lists combining CET and career performance scores.
